Amos Eyal is a distinguished investor and real estate developer, recognized for his significant contributions to the luxury real estate sector. Specializing in luxury homes, Amos has expertly developed several spec-built single-family residences, achieving over $12 million in property sales within just three years.
Beyond real estate, Amos has showcased his entrepreneurial acumen by founding, co-owning, and managing multiple companies spanning manufacturing, import, wholesale, and distribution across varied industries. His ventures have encompassed industries such as kitchen and bath hardware, wood flooring, wines and alcoholic beverages, and construction.
Amos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics and Aviation Management, and a Master’s degrees in Economics and International Business, equipping him with a robust foundation in both technical and business disciplines. His professional qualifications also include a Florida Certified Building Contractor license and a Real Estate Sales license, underscoring his expertise and credibility in the real estate development and sales domains.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Amos is a licensed pilot, driven by a deep-rooted passion for aviation. His adventurous spirit also led him to scuba diving and competitive sailing during his younger years. Furthermore, Amos has a keen interest in self-defense and martial arts, actively teaching self-defense techniques as a hobby.
Amos’s dedication to safety and professional development is underscored by his two-year service on the Professional Development Safety Subcommittee of the Broward | Palm Beaches | St. Lucie Realtors Association, where he was instrumental in advancing safety standards within the real estate industry. His spirit of community service is further demonstrated through his involvement with Angel Flight Southeast, where he has co-piloted a volunteer mission, providing vital transportation for individuals in need.

Nicole has more than 20 years of construction administrative and accounting experience working for luxury homebuilders in Palm Beach County. She joined the team at Beacon Construction Group in May of 2014 and plays a key role in assuring that costs and contractual agreements with suppliers, and subcontractors are correct. Nicole’s tenure is marked by her unwavering attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, and a penchant for accuracy.

Michael Conville is a name that has been synonymous with luxury real estate construction and development for 25+ years in Florida and New England. He founded Beacon Construction Group in 1986 (Boston), where the company completed major projects for high-profile clients including Harvard University, Tufts University, Cambridge City Hall, and The University of Massachusetts.
Later in his career, Mike found a new niche and fell in love with building custom residences. In the Northeast, he has completed projects in Newport, Rhode Island, Beacon Hill, Cape Cod and Greater Boston. In 2003, he started working with his clients on winter homes in South Florida and opened an office in North Palm Beach the same year.
Projects in South Florida include residences in Tequesta, Jupiter Island, Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, Lost Tree and Hidden Key in North Palm Beach and John's Island in Vero Beach.
Mike holds a BS in Business and Math from Westfield State College in Massachusetts. He is a member of the International Union of Bricklayers & Allied Craftsmen.
