We’d like to introduce you to Alyssa Conville, our new Vice President and Director of Construction Operations at Beacon Construction Group.

If you didn’t make the connection between the two names, Alyssa is Beacon President Mike Conville’s daughter, and she has been involved with the team in a variety of capacities for some time now.

Alyssa Conville began helping out at Beacon when she was just seven years old. At the time, she lent a hand by typing out invoices and visiting the various job sites to help her dad lay brick. When she got older she attended Rollins College where she was a star soccer player, then relocated to follow Beacon when it relocated to Southern Florida.

Now as the Vice President and Director of Construction Operations, Alyssa is in charge of facilitating communication between clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and a variety of other skilled tradespeople. Essentially, it’s her job to make sure communication is maintained between all parties, and that each project progresses smoothly.

And smoothly her projects have gone. Since moving into her new role, Alyssa has brought a number of houses to successful completion, much to the excitement of each home’s owners.
